Year 1/2 teacher. Assessment and ICT coodinator.
I love working at Riccall School! I started working here in January 2006. I teach Year 1 and 2 and really like learning new things. In my spare time I enjoy watching football (I support Liverpool FC) and listening to music. I have a dog called Jenny, two rabbits and lots of goldfish. I enjoy trying new sports and like climbing and surfing at the moment.

Mrs Joanne Harpham - Acting Deputy Head Teacher, Literacy Subject Leader including the library

I teach in Y3/4. I am married and have two young children and a ginger cat called Jaffa Cake. I enjoy going out with family and friends, swimming and going on bike rides. I like reading and music and I am learning to play the piano.

I teach year 4 and 5 and run the short mat bowls/rounders after school club. I have two sons who keep me busy out of school when we do a lot of bowling throughout the year.
Mrs Caroline Kinnaird - Science and Art Subject Leader (Foundation/Year 1)
I am married with two daughters, 1 dog, 1 guinea pig and a rabbit. I like shopping, cycling and ski-ing. I also love chocolate.
Miss Cara Spedding - Geography coodinator(Foundation class)
Hi My name is Cara and I am the new foundation teacher at Riccall. I love shopping and have a rather large collection of handbags and shoes! My favourite food is thai especially the curry, but I could eat yorkshire puddings everyday. I enjoy travelling and for the last 3 years I have been teaching in the Middle East and Thailand. Both experiences gave me a great insight into different cultures and religions.I love new challenges and constantly give myself life goals and future aims. I aim to speak a foreign language, travel the world, have a children's book published and own my own school. My first big challenge is to get married this summer!

Mrs Anne Daniel - School Administrator (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)
I am the school secretary, as well as a governor. Riccall School is a great place to work, full of friendly staff and children. I am married with 2 children and enjoy gardening, eating out and watching my son play rugby.
Mrs Caroline Adams - School Administrator (Tuesday, Wednesday afternoons and all day Thursday), teaching assistant and ICT Technician.
Hi, my name is Caroline Adams and I am a teaching assisstant in KS2. I get a great deal of pleasure working with children within such a happy, caring environment. I am married with one daughter. In my spare time I enjoy watching sport, gardening and holidays abroad.

Mrs Karen Adamson - Teaching assistant
My name is Karen Adamson. I have two children, a pet rabbit and a dog.
I work in Reception/Y1 as a teaching assistant. I enjoy working in school because we always have lots of fun and when you work with children every day is always different.
I like to keep fit and in summer I go cycling, in winter I try to go to the gym.

I am a teaching assistant, working with KS1 children. I really enjoy helping the children and find huge satisfaction in watching then grow in confidence and gain self-esteem. I am married with one son and one daughter. I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy reading, gardening, walking, visiting National Trust properties/gardens, playing badminton and golf. I attend art classes and yoga. I am also involved in various voluntary work in the village and am a trustee of Riccall Parochial Charities

I am a teaching assistant at Riccall C.P. School . I work in KS2 each morning and in KS1 with a year 1 child each afternoon. I am married with 2 children.

I am a teaching assisstant in Reception and Year 1. In my spare time I love walking at the coast. I'm married and have three sons. My favourite food is Chinese.

I am a teaching assistant in key stage 1/2. I am married with two children. In my leisure time I enjoy walking, cycling and gardening.
Miss Grace Curtis - Year 2 and 3
I teach year 2/3. I am a new teacher in Riccall and have just moved to the area from Newcastle where I trained to be a teacher. I enjoy playing netball and cycling, reading and playing the piano. This year I will be coaching our netball team and helping to run the recorder club.
Mrs Otilia Broxup - HLTA / Teaching assistant
Hi, my name is Otilia Broxup. I am a teaching assistant every morning in year 6 , as well as a HLTA in the afternoons covering planning and preparation time for teachers. I like music,reading, gardening and travelling. I am married and I live in Selby.

I love working at Riccall school as the staff and the children are so caring and thoughtful creating a happy place in which to teach and learn.
